Conditional Refund & Returns Policy

At Skinart Training, we are committed to delivering premium education and support to aspiring professionals in the tattoo, piercing, permanent makeup, and body art industries. Our programs are designed to provide in-depth, industry-relevant training that empowers students to build rewarding careers.

Refund Policy

We understand that enrolling in a course is a big decision. While we do not offer a general money-back guarantee, we do provide a conditional refund option to support our students’ peace of mind.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You have not done more than one lesson.
• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.

Course refund eligibility: You may request a course refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have done more than one lesson, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Logging in, accessing the course, or doing only one lesson does not by itself make you ineligible. This policy does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Product Returns

We only accept returns on physical products if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days of receipt.
• The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please open the Skinart Chat Portal and provide your order details and photos of the defect to request a return.

🚫 We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects.
