Conditional Refund & Returns Policy

At Skinart Training, we are committed to delivering premium education and support to aspiring professionals in the tattoo, piercing, permanent makeup, and body art industries. Our programs are designed to provide in-depth, industry-relevant training that empowers students to build rewarding careers.

Refund Policy

We understand that enrolling in a course is a big decision. While we do not offer a general money-back guarantee, we do provide a conditional refund option to support our students’ peace of mind.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You have not started any part of the course content (this includes accessing video modules, course materials, or submitting any assignments).
• Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.

💡 Note: Once a course has been accessed or started, refunds are no longer applicable.

Product Returns

We only accept returns on physical products if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days of receipt.
• The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please contact us at support@skinarttraining.com with your order details and photos of the defect to initiate a return.

🚫 We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects.
