How to buy a course

1. Go to the home page or our courses page
2. click on the image or link of the course of your choice
3. This page gives you the course info, scroll to the bottom
4. click [buy this Course]
5. You will be directed to the Checkout page
6. if you are new you will need to register, fill out the fields carefully
7. if you are returning you will need to login
8. You will see your order
9. you will need to tick accept T’s and C’s
10. click [Place Order]
11. you will be taken to PayPal website
12. on PayPal you can login or pay via a debit or credit card
13. after payment click return to merchant
14. You should be on your profile page
15. Your course should be under the orders tab,
16. You can find a link here to your course next time you login

Were are my lessons

1. After you have selected your course and followed the process to payment
2. Return to the site using the PayPal return to merchant link
3. Click on the menu Student –> Profile
4. on the Profile page you will see some tabs click on the tab Courses
5. When this loads you will see your course on the right.
6. Click on the course
7. on the course main page select the curriculum tab
8. All the course lessons are shown.
9. Select a lesson to be taken to the course area.

How to find My Certificate

1. complete all lessons, there is a [Complete] button at the bottom of each course
2. if your course has quizzes complete them
3. Go to you profile page
4. click on the Certificate tab
5. You will be able to download or print your certificate

My certificate does not have my name?

1. Please go you your Profile page
2. Select the general tab under settings
3. Make sure your first name and surname are filled out correctly
4. Select name to show publicly shows your full name
5. Save Changes
6. Go back to your Profile certificate page and your Certificate will be generated with the new information
