User Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to control your personal data. This includes your right to access, modify, and delete your user account.

Request account deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please send us a deletion request.

1. Send your request through Message Skinart. Include ‘Account Deletion Request’ in your message.
2. In your request, provide your username and the email address associated with your account.
3. Our support team will confirm the receipt of your request.

To process your request, we may ask you to provide certain information for identification and verification purposes.

Upon receiving your request and confirming your identity, we will act promptly to delete your personal information from our records unless retaining the data is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

We will also communicate to any third-parties who have accessed your data through us to delete it unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Please note that due to the nature of our backup systems, your personal information might not be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. However, it will be blocked from further processing and will not be available for any other use.

You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
