Marketing microblading on Instagram with clear evidence

A useful Instagram page helps someone understand your actual work and how to enquire. An attractive image alone cannot explain experience, treatment stage or booking terms. Start with clear information and genuine evidence rather than promises about reach or guaranteed appointments.
Make the service and location clear
Describe the services you actually offer and the area you serve. Use your current business name and a working enquiry route. Tell visitors what information to send when asking about an appointment.
If you are still training, describe that stage accurately. A profile should not imply professional experience or recognition that you cannot support.
Give photographs useful context
Label practice, supervised work, fresh treatment and healed reviews. Get appropriate permission before sharing identifiable images, and keep private consultation information out of captions.
Use consistent photographs without altering the work or skin response. Explain what the image shows and your role. A generated illustration or another artist’s result is not evidence of a treatment you performed.
Answer questions prospective clients ask
- What service does the enquiry concern?
- Where do appointments take place?
- How does the consultation process work?
- What does the advertised offer include?
- How can someone ask about follow-up arrangements?
Use those questions to plan a few useful posts. Describe your own process accurately and leave personal suitability or health questions for the appropriate consultation and professional advice.
Track enquiries through to bookings
Record the date, post or referral source, service requested and outcome of an enquiry. Compare meaningful enquiries and completed bookings with the time spent creating content, rather than judging success only by likes.
Keep responses clear and timely without pressuring people. Read the microblading portfolio guide for organising genuine work, and appointment pricing for explaining inclusions consistently.
