Course access and lifetime support

You may take as long as you need to complete your course. Course access locks once the course is complete and the certificate has been issued. You receive lifetime support from the Skinart team.

Course refunds

You may request a course refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have done more than one lesson, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Logging in, accessing the course, or doing only one lesson does not by itself make you ineligible. This policy does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Equipment

Equipment is supplied only in South Africa and New Zealand. Check your selected offer: an equipment kit is not automatically included with every course.

  • Aftercare and clean-down: client guidance, removing protective equipment and cleaning the workspace.

Connect the lessons with practical work

Use the course assignments to bring the theory and demonstrations together. Review the required practical work and equipment with your tutor before starting. Recorded lessons let you revisit a topic when you need to clarify it; they do not replace the course’s practical requirements.

Course completion and support

Complete the course requirements to receive a course-completion certificate. It records your completed training and does not itself grant permission to practise. Confirm the current practitioner and premises requirements with the relevant authority where you intend to work.

You may take as long as you need to complete the course. Course access locks after completion and certificate issue, and lifetime support remains available from the Skinart team.
